If you have a NASA ID and credentials: 
You will need to go to NAMS (https://idmax.nasa.gov) and request access to the site (search for GSFC ESRRP Website or 269403).

If you do not have a NASA ID and credentials: 
We are working on a dual authentication system for you but, until that is operational, please email Megan McGroddy. Please include the Title, DOI, and Summary for any result you want added to the ESRRP. Then, an entry will be drafted and shared with you for review.
